1 cup butter
2 cups, plus 2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate. Roll dough out and cut out with cutters. Decorate the cookies before baking.
