1 1/2 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups peanut butter
3 cups flour
36 miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and salt. Add the peanut butter and flour. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place in greased miniature muffin cup pans. Press dough evenly onto the bottom and up the sides of each cup. Bake cookies at 350 for 11-13 minutes or until set. Immediately place a peanut butter cup in the center of each cup; press down gently. Cool for 10 minutes; carefully remove cookie cups from the pans.
