2 cups brown sugar
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
14 tablespoons butter
12 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup brown sugar, lemon juice, water and cinnamon in the bottom of a cake pan. Slice apples into the pan and mix. Blend the remaining 1 cup of brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, salt and butter until crumbly. Spread over the apples, pat smooth. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
