1 pound mushrooms, clean and remove stems (keep stems and chop)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 pound sausage
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup white wine
salt, pepper, parsley, oregano, bread crumbs to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Take casing off sausage and crumble, saute with chopped mushroom stems, onions, garlic, parsley, oregano and wine. Once cool add a little bread crumbs, grated cheese and egg and mix thoroughly.

Put cleaned mushrooms in a pan and stuff with above mixture.

Bake 325 for 35 min.
