SAUCE
3-4 cans 16 oz tomatoes
1 can water per can of tomatoes
18 oz tomato paste
1 can water per can of paste
3 - 8oz cans tomato sauce
Parsley across the top
1-2 tbsp. crushed red pepper



SAUSAGE
Pork Butt or Shoulder Have the butcher grind ONCE
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed Red pepper
Funnel seeds
Bay leaves



MEATBALLS
Hamburger
Egg
Garlic
Parsley
Salt/pepper
Diced onion
Bit of the sausage mix
2 tbsp. spaghetti sauce
Bread Crumbs



BAZARIL:
Round steak (boneless or bone-in)
Real Garlic
Salt/pepper
Parsley

Directions:
SAUCE: Mix all ingredients together and cook for 6 hours.

SAUSAGE: Mix well make 1 balls. Put 2 into the sauce and freeze the rest.

MEATBALLS: Mix well. Form meatballs. Put
into sauce.

BAZARIL: Wash meat. Cut off the fat. Cut in half along the natural line of meat. If the bone is in, put it in the sauce. Sprinkle parsley across the top of meat. Cover top with garlic pieces. Roll the meat and tie together. Put into sauce.

I received this recipe from a very good friend who's mother is full Italian. This is her recipe. She would make homemade noodles also.
