1 cup vegetable oil (canola only)
1 cup white wine of choice
4 Tbsp. Baking powder
2 eggs (beaten)
Flour (as much as needed to mix & roll (4 1/2 to 5 cups)
large pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar and beaten eggs, mix flour with baking powder add pinch of salt. Mix eggs/sugar with the wine and oil mixture, a little at a time, till dough is right for rolling. Roll in strips (pencil size) shape into pretzel cookie, dip in sugar, place on greased cookie sheet Bake at 350, until light golden brown Approx. 12/15 minutes. (oven vary)
