1 fryer cut up on small pieces
minced garlic
small jar of sliced stuffed green olives
1/2 C capers
1 C bouillon
1/2 C white wine
1 C rice.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cut up fryer in small amount of oil.
Transfer to baking pot and spread minced garlic over each piece. Pour olives and capers over it.
Add bouillon and bake in 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of white wine and bake 15 min longer.
Cook rice as directed, drain and immerse rice in juices in the pot the chicken was cooked in.
