4 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1 beef boullion cube
2 1/2 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops lightly. Place uncooked rice in casserole dish. Salt and pepper rice then sprinkle on a little garlic salt. Place browned chops on top of rice. Dissolce boullion cube in boiling water. Pour over chops and rice.
Bake covered 350 for 1 hour
