3/4 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c ground brazil nuts

Directions:
Directions:
cream butter, add sugar gradually,cream well, add egg and vanilla, beat til fluffy. Sift together flour and salt, cut into cream mixture, add nuts. Shape into balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
