Ingredients:
2 cans whole tomatoes
2 Jalapeno's
2 Serrano peppers
2 yellow chilies
1 medium onion
cilantro
garlic
lime
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Throw all the peppers/chilies on the grill to "roast" them. Get them kind of black-ish. Drain and de-seed the tomatoes. De-seed peppers and get some of the black off. Keep the seed if you want the salsa really hot. From there we just throw everything in a salsa maker - you can use a blender or food processor. Add garlic, lime juice, salt and cilantro to your liking.
