2 cups white sugar
2 cups white corn syrup
2 cups cream
1/2 cup butter
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put the white sugar, white corn syrup, and a pinch of salt in a large pan. Cook to 245º. Add the cream and butter very slowly so mixture keeps boiling. Cook to 242º. Remove from heat, add vanilla and nuts. Pour into a pan that has been covered with foil and buttered. Cut into squares and wrap in wax paper.
