Mix first three ingredients, adding 3-4 tablespoons of water to get to stick together (there will always be a little bit of bisquick and cheese at the bottom that fails to go in). Shape into about 1 inch balls, place on cookie sheet, and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 until top is browned.
