1 box yellow cake mix w/ pudding added
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 small package sliced almonds
4 Heath bars, chopped/crushed
40 caramels
1 stick butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, eggs, and cake mix.
Add chocolate chips, almonds, toffee and mix
(It will be really thick and you'll probably have to use your hands).
Take half of mix, crumble in bottom of pan.
Bake this for 10 min at 350.
While baking, melt butter, condensed milk, and caramel until smooth over low-med heat, then
pour over bottom half of brownies.
Crumble rest of mix on top of caramel.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 until top browned.
