1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c.flour
6 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. candied red cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. dark raisins
1 lb. light raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. bourbon
3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325, grease cookie sheet.
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Sprinkle 1/2 c. flour on the fruit and nuts. Mix 3 c. flour with soda and spices. Add flour mixture to the sugar mixture. Add milk and bourbon. Add fruit and nut mixture. Drop by tsps. onto cookie sheet that has been lined with paper. Bake @ 300 for 25 minutes. Or until lightly brown.
