Ingredients:  
1 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried & chopped
1 ripe tomato, sliced
1 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
Dressing:
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. sugar
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 T. Dijon mustard
Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper

Directions:

Ina large bowl, arrange lettuce. Distribute tomato slices, crumbled blue cheese and chopped basil over lettuce. Season with pepper. In a glass jar, combine dressing ingredients. Shake well and drizzle over the salad just before serving.
