1 pound macaroni
1 pound cabot sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon mustard
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 to 4 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce:
Melt butter and add flour. Gradually add milk. In the meantime, cut cheese into chunks or you can grate. Add cheese and mustard to warm milk mixture, stir until thoroughly melted. Pour over macaroni that has been cooked and rinsed. Shake bread crumbs over top. Bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes at 350
