Ingredients:  
1 can Black Beans, rinsed well & drained (2 c.)
1 sm. can kernal corn, drained
1 medium onion, small diced
1 T. minced garlic
1 med. green pepper, small diced
1 med. red pepper, small diced
1 fresh jalapeno, minced, seeds removed
1 c. fresh pineapple, small diced
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro, minced, to taste
Salt, to taste

Mix and let chill for 2-3 hours for flavors to blend. Great with fish or grilled chicken.
