2 tablespoons oil 1/2 cup honey 6 cups flour 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
Mix together oatmeal and 2 cups boiling water. Let stand 15 minutes. meanwhile mix together 2 packages yeast and 1/3 cup warm water, add to oatmeal. Add in oil, honey. salt, and flour. Knead dough and let rise until double. Shape into 2 loaves. Let rise again. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes.
