1 fresh pineapple
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1 purple onion, diced
1 bunch fresh chives, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 lime, juiced
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fresh pineapple and dice into small pieces. Reserve 1 cup of diced pineapple and add remaining pineapple to mixing bowl. Add red pepper, onion, chives, and jalepeno to pineapple in mixing bowl. With reserved pineapple, puree in a food processor or blender with brown sugar and lime juice. Add to pineapple mixture and add remaining ingredients.
This is a yummy topping for grilled meats, chicken, pork or fish.
