1 cup fresh pineapple
12 strawberries
1 kiwi
3 - 5 sprigs cilantro
1 shallot, diced
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lime, juiced or 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dice fruit small; add chopped cilantro and shallot. Stir in honey and juice of 1/2 lime or 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Chill. Good served with mini crabcakes, fish or as an appetizer or with entree.
Makes 2 cups.
