1 lb. top round, flank, or sirloin
1/4 c soy sauce
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 c onion (chopped or thin rings)

Directions:

slice meat into 1-2 inch strips or 1 - 1 1/2 inch cubes.
mix all other ingredients to make marinade, place meat in and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
Grill.
