1 chicken, cut up, boiled and de-boned
2 packages of frozen or fresh broccoli cooked
1 can each cream of Mushroom, and cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups and Mayo together. In bottom of a 9X13 pan, sprayed with Pam, layer broccoli, the chicken and pour soup sauce over top. Cover with 1/2 brick of shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350
