1/2 c. Shortening
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1/2 t Vanilla
1 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
2 T Milk
6 oz Chocolate Chips

Cream together shortening, white sugar and brown sugar. Add peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Mix in separate bowl flour, soda and salt. Add alternately to first mixture with milk.
Roll Dough to 1/4" thickness. Melt Chocolate chips and spread on dough. Roll jellyroll fashion. Chill. Slice and bake 8-10 minutes @ 350
