4 c. Flour 1 1/2 c. Crisco 1/2 t Baking Powder 1 t Salt 1 T Sugar 1 Whole Egg 1/2 c Ice Water 1 T Vinegar
Blend dry ingredients together. Add Crisco and blend with fork. Mix together egg, ice water, and vinegar and add to first mixture. Mix well. Makes at least 2 double-crust pie shells. Can be rolled and re-rolled.
