Ingredients:  
1 c finely chopped ham or pork
1 c chopped cooked shrimp
1 c finely chopped celery or bean sprouts
1/2 c finely chopped bamboo shoots
1 tsp salt
dash black pepper
1 tsp accent
4 finely chopped scallions (green onions)
1/2 c finely chopped chinese waterchestnuts
1 head lettuce chopped or bok choy

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients well and place on egg roll wrappers, follow package directions for wrapping directions. Fry in deep, hot oil til brown. drain on paper towels, Serve with hot chinese mustard and duck sauce.
