3 loaves bread, cubed 4 T. poultry seasoning 1 1/2 cans chicken broth 2 sticks of butter 8 medium onions 1 pkg. celery salt & pepper to taste
Sauté celery and onions in butter. Add seasoning and broth. Pour over bread and mix well. Add more butter, broth or seasoning to taste. Bake extra stuffing in covered casserole for last hour with bird.
