2 C. Flour
3 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
2 T Lemon Juice
1/4 c. Sugar
1 T Poppy Seds
1/3 c. Margarine
3/4 c. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 and grease pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and poppy seeds in a large bowl. Cut in Margarine. Mix lemon juice and milk; stir into flour mixture.
Turn dough onto lighly floured surface; gently roll in flour to coat. Knead lightly 10 times. Roll/pat into 9-inch circle. Sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 8 wedges. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
