8 oz. - 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 T. taco seasoning mix
1 c. chunky salsa
1 c. canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 c. shredded lettuce
2 T. sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese till creamy. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Spoon into serving bowl. Add salsa, beans, onions and 1/2 c. of cheese; stir till well blended. Spread onto serving platter or plate. Top with remaining half cheese, lettuce, and olives. Cover and refrigerate several hours or till chilled. Service with chips and/or cut up veggies.
