2 c. plain yogurt
2/3 c. honey Dijon mustard
1/3 c. minced fresh dill
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Line a fine-mesh sieve with cheesecloth and place over a bowl. Spoon yogurt into sieve and let drain at room temperature, stirring once or twice, for 2 hours. In a bowl, combine drained yogurt, mustard, dill, 1/2 t. salt, and 1/2 t. pepper. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to develop the flavors. Serve with cut vegetables.
