6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked,boned, skinned and flattened
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup butte1 lb mushrooms
1 15oz tomato sauce
13 oz cream sherry
Garlic salt, oregano, thyme to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in Parmesan cheese. Brown in olive oil, drain and set aside. In same skillet, add tomato sauce, and wine. Simmer until the sauce thickens. When ready to serve, add mushrooms and pour sauce over chicken and bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes.
