2 T Margarine
1 Small Onion, Minced
2 T flour
1 t Salt & Pepper
1 1/4 c. Milk
8 oz Cottage Cheese
1 c. Frozen Peas
8 oz Wide Noodles
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt saucepan on medium heat. Melt butter and add onion. Stir in flour, salt & pepper. Cook 1 minutes. Stir in milk. Thicken. Stir in cottage cheese and peas. Heat.
Cook noodles. Drain. Return noodles to pot and toss with mixture and parmesan cheese until heated.
