1/2 c. Mashed Potatoes
1/4 c. Sugar
1 Pkg. Dry Yeast
1 t Salt
1/4 t Baking Soda
1/4 t Baking Powder
3/4 c. Milk
1/4 c. Cooking Oil
1 t Vanilla
1 Egg, well-beaten
2 1/2 - 2 3/4 c. Flour

Cinamon-Sugar Mixture
1/4 t Cinnamon
1/2 c. Sugar

Combine potatoes, sugar, ueast, salt, soda, baking powder, milk, oil and vanilla. Let stand in warm place 30 minutes or until foamy. Add egg and enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn out on floured surface and knead until smoth. Place in greased bowl. Greast top and cover, let rise about 45 minutes. Roll our to 1/3" thickness. Cut into donuts and fry 1-2 minutes. 375 oil. Roll doughnuts in cinnamon sugar mixture.
