1-2 Tbs. prepared horseradish
2 Tbs. minced shallots
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together 1 cup ketchup, 1-2 Tbs. prepared horseradish, 2 Tbs. minced shallots, 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce, 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp. celery salt. Cover and refrigerate cocktail sauce until ready to use. Serve cocktail sauce with cooked seafood and lemon wedges.
