10lb. bag of Yams
1+c. Brown Sugar
1 stick Butter
1/2-1c. Pecans, halved
Bag of mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Wash yams, pierce with fork and put on tinfoil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 1 hour or until yams are soft. Cool, remove skin & mash, leaving a little chunky. Stir in 1/4 bag of marshmallows. Melt butter in saucepan, add brown sugar and stir well. Gently fold in yam mixture. Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 325. Remove tinfoil and cover with marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows are golden brown.
