1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 2/3 cup bread flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 eggs
rind of 3 lemons
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, grated rind and oil with salt in small mixer bowl.
Beat well then add one egg at a time, beat until thick and creamy.
Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 or 3 oiled and floured
bread tins. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in 325 oven.
