1 large (20 oz) can unsweetened pineapple chunks 3 tbsp flour 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 stick butter 1 cup grated cheese Ritz cracker crumbs
Drain juice from pineapple and put in saucepan. Add flour, sugar and butter. Simmer until thickened. Add cheddar cheese and let melt. Add pineapple and pour into casserole. Sprinkle crushed Ritz cracker crumbs over top. Heat at 350º for 35 minutes.
