1 1/2 lbs lean chuck
3 slices of bread
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons of salt
1 medium onion
1/2 cup Wesson oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute finely chopped onion in oil over low heat. Remove Crusts from bread, mash with fork and drain excess milk. Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. Bake at 350.
