1/2 cup Potato Starch or GF flour blend
1 cup Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 pkt. Yeast (about 1 Tbsp.)
4 Tbsp. Shortening
3 Tbsp. Honey
2 Eggs
1 c. Sour Cream
3/4 tsp. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

4. Mix all together. Mix well to remove lumps. The dough will be quite wet.

5. Wet hands (with water) to handle dough. Re-wet hands as needed.

6. Take about 1/4 c. of dough and shape into a ball.

7. Drop into greased baking tin.

8. Bake 18-20 min., until toothpick comes out clean.

These are fantastic - like the "Brown-N-Serve" you'd use at Thanksgiving. They are even great the next day - light and fluffy.
