1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c boling water
1 c nuts
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar water and boil to 246 on candy thermometer. Add nuts. Cool. Add vanilla and stir till mixture sugars. Turn out and separate nuts.
