1 cup of oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of chopped nuts(optional)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 cups of flour
3 cups of peeled thinly sliced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil, salt, sugar, nuts, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, flour and apples. Do not use an electric mixer. Bake at 350 in a greased 13' x 9'x 2" pan for 45 minutes.
