1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
3 c. mini marshmallows
12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. Karo syrup
1/4 c. butter
1 c. salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, butter and egg until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13 greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 18 minutes. Remove pan and sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven for about 4 minutes. Cool. Heat butter, syrup, vanilla and chips until melted. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Spoon over marshmallows. Chill and cut.
