3 chicken breasts cut up
1/4 cup Soya sauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 onion shopped
Dash each of salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In electric frying pan (300-350) brown onions. Add chicken
pieces and seasonings to taste, let brown. Add mixture of Soya
sauce, brown sugar, seasonings and hot water to make 1 cup.
Cook on low (200-300) for about 1 hour. Watch and turn
chicken over every so often. Serve with rice.

Also very tasty if served in a soft tortilla shell with cheese melted
