Ingredients:  
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 cup of cream of corn
1/4 cup shortening
1egg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients for 1 minute.
Grease pan.
Oven at 425 and bake for 20-25 minutes.
For muffins fill 2/3 full and bake for 12-15 min.
