4 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
2 red peppers chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
taste black pepper
taste cayenne pepper
4 cup broccoli
1 lb penne pasta
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Add onions and saute for 5
minutes, until soft. Lower heat, add garlic and red peppers.
Cook veggies for about 15 minutes. In blender, chop almonds
finely. Add pepper - onion mixture, vinegar and remaining olive
oil and blend all to puree. Add salt, black pepper, cayenne and
blend briefly. Steam broccoli in a steamer until tender. Keep
warm. Boil pasta until cooked. Add all ingredients into pasta and
mix well. Add more seasoning to taste.
