Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs. boneless chicken or chicken tenders
2 eggs
2 tbsp Ah-So sauce (Ed likes more)
Seasoned bread crumbs
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
-Cut boneless chicken into bite size pieces

-Combine eggs, Ah-So sauce and salt in a mixing bowl (Beth adds a few drops of hot sauce to her version)

-Coat chicken with egg mixture

-Put bread crumbs in a storage bag and drop a handful of chicken at a time in the bag and shake to coat

-Melt solid shortening in fry pan just to coat bottom and quickly brown chicken pieces for approx 2 minutes. I do this in batches, wiping out the pan between every few batches, and melting new shortening for each batch. This step can not be skipped!

-Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350 for approx 15 minutes until thoroughly cooked

-Sprinkle with salt before serving

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you refrigerate the chicken after frying, make sure you add more time in the oven for them to heat thoroughly.
