2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
3 cups powdered sugar
1 - 3 T water as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white & cream of tartar in glass or metal bowl for 1 min. Add sugar 1/4 cup at a time until it peaks. Add water as necessary.
