1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, 1" thick or roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 stalks celery, cut into 2" pieces
1/2 can water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 medium carrots, cut into fourths
3 medium potatoes, cut into fourths

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Place steak or roast in a small roaster pan with cover. Mix cream of mushroom soup and onion soup together, spread on steak. Place vegetables around steak and add 1/2 can water. Bake until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4
