3 c. unpopped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250

Pop popcorn in hot air popper or large pot by covering kernels with canola oil. 2 cups unpopped popcorn should produce enough to fill a roasting pan 2/3 full.

Bring brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt to a full boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda (it will foam up).

Pour over popcorn and stir.

Bake for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
