1 1/2 lbs. fresh crabmeat
1 1/4 c. mayo
3 green onions, chopped
1 T. seasoning salt
2 t. fresh lemon juice
2 tomatoes, chopped
8-10 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 small-size pita breads, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste. Lay
on baking sheet & bake at 350 until pita is lightly crisped
(15-20 minutes).

This was one of Bill and Dani's favorites when we had our house on Little Deer, and I was able to get my crabmeat fresh that day from a lady up the street. Delicious!!!
