1 lb. sirloin, sliced
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 beef bouillon, cubed or powered
1 c. hot water
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 large sliced green pepper
2 T. corn starch
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sirloin in oil, add onions and garlic. Add hot water and beef bouillon. Cover, simmer 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and green pepper and cook additional 10 minutes.

Mix cornstarch, cold water and soy sauce together, bring to boil and add to meat mixture. Serve over rice.
